Manchester-Barbados flights upped by bmi
The number of flights operated by bmi between Manchester Airport and Barbados in the Caribbean has been increased to three a week.
Passengers can now take advantage of services between the two points on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, with seats available in the airline's economy, premium economy and business class cabins, breakingtravelnews.com reports.
Brian Quinn, bmi airport manager at Manchester, said that the carrier expects a significant number of travellers to fly to Barbados over the peak travel period in the next few months.
"With bmi's competitive prices, plus the introduction of flat beds in the business and a market-leading premium economy, we are confident that with these combined factors, the additional flight from Manchester to Barbados will be in high demand," he commented.
The airline also added an extra return flight on its route between Manchester Airport and Edinburgh earlier this year. Source: Just The Flight
